Support and Training
ACE Dental is an intuitive program that most staff will learn during their first hour of use.
For those who like manuals, we provide a comprehensive, 200 page manual with over 150 screen shots. All of the information in the manual is also available at your fingertips in the online help system.
If that is not enough, a CD-ROM movie tutorial will guide your staff through every aspect of the program. The CD tutorial consists of 15 very short movies that explain every aspect of the program. After viewing these movies, most of our users tell us they never need to open the manual.
If there are still unanswered questions, simply pick up the phone and call us or send us email. We will be happy to help answer any questions. If necessary, we can connect our computer to your computer over the phone or Internet and observe and control your screen. It's as if we were standing over your shoulder. This software is built into the ACE program. No additional software is needed.
